INITIAL SESSION

What to expect.

Really it will be an opportunity for us to get together and have a chat about  your reasons for coming to therapy.  Of course you may not be clear about this at all, and be coming more because of a generalised feeling of unease.

Why Reduced Rate? 

I offer a reduced fee of £7.00 for this initial session.   Sometimes people think that unless you charge the full amount for the first session you do not value yourself.  I would like to distinguish myself from that.

By offering the first session at a low rate,  I hope to enable a process whereby you can use your resources to meet with a few therapists before you make up your mind. It is an important choice and I feel passionately that clients should be empowered to make their choice with support from the profession.
